Keep MFA backup codes visible after enabling MFA by avoiding protected-route unmount during user reload (`loadUser({ silent: true })`) and restoring pending backup codes from sessionStorage until the user explicitly dismisses them.
Add an admin-controlled `require_mfa` policy in App Settings and expose it via `/auth/app-config` so the client can enforce it globally. Hourly reset now restores entire DB from baseline snapshot instead of

keys) are preserved across resets. Admin can save new baseline via
Admin Panel button. Removed demoWriteBlock middleware.
