fix: update tests for removed Google/Naver import and URL resolution 
- Remove importGoogleList tests from placeService.test.ts
- Remove resolveGoogleMapsUrl tests from mapsService.test.ts
- Remove google-list/naver-list import tests from places.controller.test.ts
- Update maps integration test to mock resolveAmapUri instead of resolveGoogleMapsUrl
